“リンクジョーカー”の中で最も巧みに「虚無（ヴォイド）」を操る異形の戦士。 指揮官クラスの力を持ちながらその地位には就かず、あくまで一歩引いた所から戦局を動かす事に愉悦を覚える高慢な軍師。 かの「解放戦争」の原因となった三英雄封印の実行者であり、本隊からの指令を受け、計画を実行に移す為に百余年の時をかけて膨大な量の「虚無（ヴォイド）」を溜め込んでいた。 以降は英雄を失ったクレイの民が謎の存在に怯え恐怖する様を楽しんでいたが、彼の計画は勇敢なる戦士達の手によって狂わされた。 長い期間をかけて練った封印を破り計画を台無しにした戦士達を激しく憎悪しながら、彼は「星に希望を与える全ての愚者の呪縛（ロック）」という新たな野望を胸に抱く。 明確な殺意と悪意を持って、己が悦楽に興じる悪竜は星の全てを絶望の最下層に突き落とすべく動き始める。
The strange looking warrior who is the most skilled among « Link Joker » at controlling the power of « Void ». While it has the power of a Commander, it lacks the position, and is instead a haughty, self assured tactician who takes pleasure in controlling the progress of war by one step at a time. It was the one who sealed away the three legendary heroes, causing the War of Liberation. In response to commands from the main fleet, it has been hoarding an enormous amount of « Void », for over a hundred years, to enact this plan. Though he relished the state of terror and panic Cray fell into from losing their precious heroes to a mysterious something, his plan was brought to a halt by the efforts of brave warriors. Stewing in hatred and disgust for the warriors who broke the seal he made, ruining Link Joker’s plan, he came up with a new plan: « I will Lock EVERY fool who dares give this planet hope ». Driven by a clear and malicious intent to kill, this wicked, evil dragon is taking deep pleasure in enacting his new plan that will drag all Cray into the deepest depths of despair.
